Each package is described on the pricing page with its intended customer, what it includes, what it does not include and the optional extras. A written quote lists exactly what applies to your project.

It depends on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback come in. We confirm the expected timing when we agree the scope, rather than promising a standard turnaround here.

Yes. The E-commerce Website package covers product catalogues, product pages, a cart and payment integration where supported and configured for your account. Payment providers charge their own fees. The R500 Information Website does not include an online store.

Yes. We can modernise an existing website with clearer layouts and mobile-friendly design. Tell us the address of your current website in the enquiry and we will suggest what to change.

Yes. We add WhatsApp buttons that open a chat with your business number and a message already written for the visitor.

You normally provide your text, logo and photos. If you need help with content, tell us and we can quote it separately.

No, unless your written quote says otherwise. Domain registration and hosting are paid to the providers. We can guide you through choosing and connecting them.

Yes. Features beyond a package are scoped and quoted separately, or handled through the Custom Business Website.
